The Real Set collects the contact details, order choices, payment references, and room photographs needed to provide virtual staging. Uploaded images are processed through the OpenAI API and payment details are collected by Stripe, not by The Real Set.
Order files are stored privately for 30 days by default and then scheduled for deletion. You may request earlier deletion through the Contact page. Operational records may be retained where reasonably needed for payment, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
Do not upload photographs you are not authorized to use. We do not sell customer photographs or use them as a public portfolio without separate permission.
