Useful answers, without the fine print.
Everything you need to know before uploading a room.
What makes a photo suitable for virtual staging?+
Use a clear, well-lit photograph with the whole room visible. The minimum is 1200 pixels on the long edge; 2000 pixels or more is recommended for the strongest result.
Will you change the architecture?+
No. Walls, windows, flooring, doors, fixed lighting, built-ins, and camera geometry remain as photographed.
Which photos are supported?+
We support living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, offices, open-plan spaces, and entryways. Exterior photos can use Twilight or Lawn Repair.
How fast will I receive my images?+
Most images are prepared within a few minutes after payment. Larger orders process in small batches; your secure order page shows live progress and we email you when every file is ready.
Can I generate another option?+
Yes. Every purchased photo includes one optional regeneration. Technical failures do not use it.
Can I use the images on the MLS?+
Yes. Downloads are high-resolution and ready for MLS and print. We also provide a virtual-staging disclosure label when needed.
Can I mix styles in one order?+
Yes. Choose a default style first, then adjust individual rooms from the review step.
What happens if a photo cannot be processed?+
The uploader checks file type, size, and minimum dimensions before checkout. If automated processing still fails, it does not use your included regeneration; contact support for reprocessing or a refund review.
